To Paint Or Not To Paint...

Well Good News First... My Computers Fixed!!! I Thought I Would Die Without It... But That's Not The Point... Today I Got Out My Paints and Brushes and Some Old Canvas and Painted In The Sweltering Heat of My Garage all Day Long and If My Parents Van Wasn't Taking UP The Space I Would Still Be Painting... Some How With Vector Taken Out Of The Picture I Have Fallen Back In Love With My First True Love... Painting... The Feel of The Paint Underneath My Fingernails... Letting Myself Get Dirty... all Of It... I Don't Know How I Let Myself Lose Trak of This Most Primal Art Form... I Guess My Point Is That When I Sat Down at My Newly Fixed Computer With The Intention Of Drawing In The Comfort of My Air Conditioned House I Realized That I'd Rather Be In The Hot Dirty Grimy Garage... I Guess For Me Painting Is The Ownly True Art Form So I Feel Like I'm Wasting Time With anything else... Sooo I'm Not Exactly Sure How Much Work I am Going To Be Posting Here anytime Soon... I Will Try and Stay Online and Keep UP With What Everyone Is Doing But My Activity Will Never Match What It Was Earlier... I Guess That's All Folks!!!

yay, painting. i can't wait to see something. i love to paint, but i am poor and can't afford any paints. *sigh* but yes, i'm so glad you paint. PAINTING! I just get so emotional. *sniff* Painting really is my passion. i finally decided that my major in college will be art. graphic maybe? i don't know. i don't really know what to do with a degree in any other art major, but yeah......... i'll figure it out soon enough. Wow, I got off track.

Yes, I'm glad your painting, but its too bad you won't be posting as much. :D so glad you're painting.

Thanx... I'm Not Sure How I Could Post My Paintings... They are Quite LARGE!!! I Think I May Retool Some of My Old Designs and Post Them... I'm Not Sure... Sooo Major In Art... Good Luck... I Majored In Art and Hated Every Minute of It... But Then again The Art Department at My Alma Matter Was Full Of Untalented Psudo-BoHo Loser Wannabee's... Hopefully You'll Have Better Luck... all I Can Say Is Take all The Design Classes You Can... Design Was The Only Part I Enjoyed about Art School... It Was Really Tuff but a Total Blast!!!

take pics of the paintings then post them. i must see them! ^_^ i don't think where i'm going to school is really all that great for art... its a very left-brained, rules oriented, traditional school, and I think I made a huge mistake. BUT, then again, I could be wrong. *crosses fingers* The art department could be totally different. It usually is...?

That's True... For Your Sake I Hope It Is... My Alma Matter Was a Total Party School and The Art Department Was Full Of Pricks So Maybe a By The Books School Will Have a Really Kool Art Department!!! :)
